Soup Poem
For some reason the word "roux" came up in conjunction with "stew" and I kept fiddling around until I came up with:
Roux, roux, roux your stew
If a thick sauce pleases you.
But if gravy that is fluid
Is the way you want to do it
You will rue the roux you do.
